 Very comfortable & hold up well June 5, 2010

I purchased these boots almost a year ago for almost daily use during the growing season on my cut flower farm. I have worn them in dry dusty conditions as well as, deep mud. They have held up remarkably well for the price, and are still in excellent condition. The insoles however don't last well, although I just now (after a year) replaced them with some really good cross trainer type insoles which fit perfectly and now the boots are even more comfortable. I even wear them without socks and they don't rub at all. I have a narrow foot and typically wear an 8 1/2, but the size 8 fits perfectly. Also, the width is perfect. I would say if your foot is wide, these might be too snug. Overall, they are a cute boot and have held up extremely well.

I bought these boots for my college daughter after looking high and low for them in the stores! She loves them and thinks they are very fashionable and comfortable. Don't know yet about the wear and tear b/c she just started wearing them. The price was very reasonable compared to what "little" was availabe in the stores. Go with at least a 1/2 to 1 size smaller than what you usually wear as they do run big!!

These are good rain boots for the price. They do, as stated, run a bit large, but with thicker socks, i found them just fine. They come in a plastic bag, and had such a heavy plastic smell that I ended up setting them out on the porch for a few days to air out. They made the entry way smell odd until I did this, but the smell eventually went away.
